A reporter said that this wild dog used to be fat because it was often fed by passersby. Now she’s so skinny because she’s been lying down for a week. It looks like she’s been hit because her movements are very limited or she was hit by a car.
She was helpless because she couldn’t walk and lay here waiting to d.i.e. It’s heartbreaking for the unfortunate feral dogs. We helped her get to a more comfortable place to help her regain her sanity.
